Compassionate Therapy in Orange County

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable.

Maybe life feels harder than it used to. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected in your relationships, stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change, or simply unlike yourself lately.

Or maybe you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time and are finally realizing you don’t want to keep doing it alone.

Whatever brought you here — you don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out.

Hi, I’m Celynna

Founder & Therapist

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Supervisor & Practice Owner

I created this practice to be a space where therapy feels more human—less clinical, more real, and actually helpful.

I’m a strong believer in therapy—not just as a therapist, but as a client too. I know how hard it can be to open up and trust the person in front of you. That’s why I value helping you find a therapist who feels like the right fit—someone you can be your genuine self with.

In our work together, it’s important to me that you feel safe, supported, and understood. We use honesty, insight, and a little humor to talk through the hard things and help you feel more like yourself again.

I also personally train and support each therapist on our team, so you can expect thoughtful, high-quality care no matter who you work with. I’m also the co-founder of Flourish: The Bloom Room, the wellness space where our San Clemente office is located.

With love,

Celynna Harnetiaux, LMFT

Our Approach

Supportive, honest and real.

At Celynna Harnetiaux, LMFT & Associates, we work with teens, adults, and couples who want to understand themselves better, strengthen their relationships, and feel more like themselves again. Clients come to us for all kinds of reasons — anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, or just a hard season of life that's harder to carry alone than they expected.

We won't just ask about your week.

We'll help you slow down, notice the patterns that keep repeating, and build tools that actually hold up once you leave the room — drawing on approaches like EMDR, attachment-based work, and relational therapy to get past surface-level talk and into real change.

San Clemente Therapy in Orange County & Virtual Across California

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable — especially when you're already overwhelmed or not quite sure what kind of support you need.

We make getting started as easy as possible. Our therapists offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can ask questions, share what's been going on, and get a feel for whether we're the right fit. Several of our therapists also offer a free 30-minute in-person consultation at our San Clemente office — a chance to sit in the space, meet your therapist face to face, and decide if it feels right before committing to anything.

No pressure, no obligation. The consultation is just a conversation — a low-stakes way to get a feel for things and ask whatever's on your mind. If it's a good fit, great. If not, we'll help point you in the right direction.

You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. We'll help guide you to the right person — and if you're not sure which therapist to choose, that's okay too. That's exactly what we're here for.
