Starting therapy can feel vulnerable — especially when you're already overwhelmed or not quite sure what kind of support you need.
We make getting started as easy as possible. Our therapists offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can ask questions, share what's been going on, and get a feel for whether we're the right fit. Several of our therapists also offer a free 30-minute in-person consultation at our San Clemente office — a chance to sit in the space, meet your therapist face to face, and decide if it feels right before committing to anything.
No pressure, no obligation. The consultation is just a conversation — a low-stakes way to get a feel for things and ask whatever's on your mind. If it's a good fit, great. If not, we'll help point you in the right direction.
