San Clemente Therapy for Modern Motherhood

Empowering Therapy for Moms in Orange County

You’re showing up for everyone else — let someone show up for you.

Motherhood is beautiful.
And hard.
And messy.
And lonely sometimes.
Especially when everyone else is saying, “Enjoy every moment!” and you’re just trying to survive the day.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or just not like yourself — you're not broken, and you're not alone. You're a mom. And you deserve support.

I specialize in therapy for moms in Orange County — from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. Whether you're a brand-new mom, a working mom, a mom with ADHD, or a mom in the middle of an identity shift, this space is for you.

Hello and welcome!

Hello and welcome! 〰️

Hi, I’m Celynna Harnetiaux

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

San Clemente, California Therapist for Women + New Moms

Postpartum and early motherhood can turn your world upside down. I'm here to help you make sense of it all and find steady ground as you grow into this new version of yourself.

Areas of Speciality

  • San Clemente Therapy

🌿 Pregnancy Loss, Birth Trauma & Complicated Pregnancies

Whether you experienced a traumatic delivery, a miscarriage, or a pregnancy that didn’t go as planned, those wounds deserve care. I offer a gentle, trauma-informed space to help you process and heal—using tools like EMDR when you're ready.

  • Therapy for New Moms

    🌿 Postpartum Anxiety & Depression

If you’re feeling anxious, down, irritable, or numb, please know this isn’t just “part of being a mom.” You don’t have to wait it out or pretend you're okay. These feelings are real, common—and treatable. Therapy can help you feel more like you again.

  • Postpartum Therapy Support

🌿 Burnout & the Invisible Mental Load

The endless to-do lists. The invisible work no one sees. The exhaustion that doesn’t go away with sleep. Therapy can help you set boundaries, prioritize your needs, and stop pouring from an empty cup.

  • 🌿 Mom Guilt, Shame & Perfectionism

If you feel like you’re never doing enough—even when you're doing everything—you're not alone. We’ll work on untangling those inner voices and making space for grace, not guilt.

  • 🌿 Rediscovering Yourself in Motherhood

You’re not the same person you were before becoming a mom—and that’s okay. Together, we can explore who you’re becoming, what you need, and how to reconnect with the parts of you that may have gotten lost along the way.

  • 🌿 Navigating Motherhood with ADHD

Motherhood is already a lot. Add ADHD into the mix, and it can feel overwhelming. I work with moms who feel scattered, overstimulated, or like they’re constantly falling behind—offering tools that support how your brain works, not how others think it should.

Orange County Therapy for New Moms

Early motherhood can feel like losing your footing in a life that used to make sense. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, reconnect, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Therapy for moms

"Motherhood is a constant balancing act—between who you were, who you are, and who you’re becoming."

Celynna Harnetiaux, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Chances are if you’ve found yourself here you’re looking to do more “research” to find the best therapist for you or a loved one.

Finding a therapist based off of a website bio or Psychology Today profile can be overwhelming and even a little discouraging at times.

How are you supposed to find the "right" therapist just based off of their website bio or psychology today?

My hope is to make this first step towards healing as easy as possible because I know just getting yourself to a first session can seem challenging enough.

While I believe in the value of different therapeutic approaches, I find that nothing is as essential as the relationship you have with your therapist—how safe and comfortable you feel in their presence is what truly makes the difference.

As someone who has had some amazing therapists myself, I know that the best therapists are ones that know when to give us support and encouragement and when to challenge us to step out of our comfort zone when necessary.

My clients know that I show up in the room as completely myself. I will hold space for you to be vulnerable and do my best to be as supportive, loving and encouraging as possible. But, I will also be honest. I will hold you accountable when you need it and be your biggest cheerleader when you need that too.

My hope is that you'll find a safe space here where you can engage in the meaningful, challenging work of therapy.

With love,

Celynna Harnetiaux, LMFT & Owner of Beachy Feels Therapy Inc.
